Create a sustainable fashion statement with us - a unique memento of your journey. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted and given an overview of the crafting process. Guided by our staff, participants will embark on a hands-on journey through our inventory of discarded fabrics, selecting the pieces they wish to incorporate into their personalized Knot Bag.
With the assistance of easy-to-use pattern templates and our staff, guests will then spend time tracing and cutting out the individual pieces of their bags, and sewing the sides and bottom on of their bags, ensuring a perfect fit and unique design. If sewing isn't your jam our staff will be happy to sew for you!
Your custom-made tank top will carry the story of your travel adventure, making it a perfect keepsake to cherish for years to come.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will be meeting at a dreamy plant store, Cast and Grey Botanical. Located on Waters Ave. The workshop will run outside of operating hours of the store. Free parking available all around the store.
What to expect
Participants handpick materials from our fabric selection, crafting their unique Knot Bag from vibrant prints to soft textures. For a personal touch, guests can incorporate their own fabric pieces, adding sentimentality to their upcycled masterpiece.
After choosing your fabrics, participants will trace, cut and sew their fabric pieces leaving with a complete bag! If sewing isn't your jam - we will be happy to do the sewing for you!
To enhance the experience, guests are invited to bring their own beverages (BYOB), fostering a laid-back atmosphere where creativity flows freely.
Join us for a hands-on journey of sustainability and self-expression, and leave with a personalized Knot Bag that tells a story of style and craftsmanship.
This workshop is great for all skill levels and is fun and interactive for all ages.
