Please do note that I am in 'Hauz Khas Enclave' and NOT ‘Hauz Khas Village (they are on opposite sides of each other) I would advise you to take ‘Uber’. Enter ’Saffron Palate’ on google maps to reach easily. The metro/subway is a 5 min walk away (Hauz Khas station, Gate no. 3).
What to expect
A Feast for the senses, my experiences are dedicated towards providing the Global Traveler an Authentic Indian Home & Kitchen Experience - Providing a window into the culinary & cultural heritage of India.
From rich flavourful curries like BUTTER CHICKEN to BIRYANI RICE and a wide variety of healthy and tasty NAAN BREADS , you’ll learn about time honoured cooking techniques and the subtle nuances that can make all the difference.
Things to note :
- The class & menu includes 4 MAIN DISHES & 3 BREADS.
- Menu can be customised to vegan/vegetarian/gluten free.
- Recipes would be provided.
- Please let us know if any menu preference/dietary constraints.
- Private sessions can be booked too
Leave with a knowledge of spices, recipes and an ability to whip up Indian dishes in your own kitchen, and a full stomach!
