Welcome to Ronda, one of Spain's most spectacular hilltop towns. After checking into your accommodation, the day is yours to explore. The Highlights: Walk across the iconic Puente Nuevo bridge spanning the 120m-deep Tajo gorge, visit the oldest bullring in Spain, or wander the cobbled streets of La Ciudad (the old Moorish quarter). Pro-Tip: Head to the Blas Infante viewpoints at sunset for the best photos of the valley before enjoying your first taste of local Serranía wine.
Trade the city for the countryside on a 30km self-guided E-Bike tour. The Route: You’ll follow an ancient historic trade route through Mediterranean oak forests (Dehesas) and rolling vineyards. Our powerful Bosch-motored E-bikes make the initial climbs effortless, leading to a spectacular descent into the Guadalporcún Valley. The Destination: Setenil de las Bodegas, famous for houses built directly into limestone cliffs. The Logistics: Our support vehicle meets you at the edge of town to take the bikes, leaving you free to wander the "Cave House" streets and enjoy lunch under the rocks. We then provide a van transfer back to Ronda.
Grazalema & The Prehistoric Pinsapo Forest We travel into the heart of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve to visit Grazalema, often cited as the most beautiful mountain village in Spain. The Experience: Explore the narrow, flower-filled streets and learn about the village’s famous wool-weaving heritage. The Nature: We take you to see the legendary Pinsapo (Spanish Fir). This rare "living fossil" tree survived the last Ice Age and only grows in this specific micro-climate. It is the botanical crown jewel of the Sierra de Grazalema.
Next, we cross the dramatic "Puerto de las Palomas" mountain pass—offering panoramic views of two provinces—to arrive at Zahara de la Sierra. The Village: Crowned by a 13th-century Moorish castle tower and overlooking a stunning turquoise reservoir, Zahara is a photographer’s dream. The Secret: We explore the unique "internal forest" on the north face of the Sierra del Pinar, where the mountain's shadow creates a lush, green ecosystem hidden away from the heat of the Andalusian sun.
Experience Spain's most awarded "Greenway" on a 36km dedicated cycle path. The Ride: Built on a disused railway line, this route is completely traffic-free and mostly downhill. The Highlights: Cycle through 30 tunnels and over massive viaducts. We stop at the Zaframagón Vulture Colony, one of the largest in Europe, before a van transfer returns you to Ronda.
