We will also share fascinating insights into premium rice, Japan's unique fermentation culture, and the beautiful traditional tableware handcrafted by local Japanese artisans that you will use during the class.

Next, watch a live demonstration from a real Japanese mom to learn the professional techniques of handling the hot rice and shaping it perfectly with care. Then, it’s your turn to get creative! What is your favorite Onigiri? Today, you can make your own version using a wide variety of ingredients. We will guide you through everything from the absolute basics to premium fillings, including classic savory salmon, smoky bonito flakes (Katsuobushi), and rich, flavorful traditional Miso.
