Meeting and pickup
Check if your hotel appears on the list; if it doesn't appear, we can pick you up at any hotel, Airbnb, or location in Mexico City; you just need to specify it by email or when we contact you via WhatsApp or text message.
The driver will arrive at your hotel 10 minutes before the pickup time; one day before, we will send you the driver's details, such as the name and car model that will pick you up. Once we have the location of the Airbnb hotel or accommodation, he will go to the reception to board the car for you.
The Paradise in the Sky team will contact you immediately after your reservation, even a day before, to give you information about your driver, car model, and the exact time of your pickup.
The return time to your hotel or Airbnb is approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic from Teotihuacan to Mexico City.
If you did not mark your location to be picked up at your hotel or AirBnb, we can meet you at the Angel of Independence. Transportation can be shared during periods with high tourist demand, or you can specify if you need private transportation, or if you want to arrive on your own.
