Airport Pick-Up
For airport arrivals, we will monitor your flight details where a flight number has been provided.
Your professional chauffeur will meet you in the Arrivals Hall with a name board and provide a meet-and-greet service.
We recommend setting your pick-up time 60 minutes after your scheduled flight landing time. You will receive 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time.
Greenwich Cruise Terminal Pick-Up
For pick-ups from Greenwich Cruise Terminal, your chauffeur will meet you at the designated private-hire/taxi pick-up point.
We recommend setting your pick-up time 45–60 minutes after the ship is scheduled to disembark. You will receive an additional 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
Hotel or Accommodation Pick-Up
For hotel pick-ups, your chauffeur will meet you in the hotel lobby, where permitted.
For private accommodation, the chauffeur will collect you from the designated entrance or front of the property, where vehicle access is available.
You will receive 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time for hotel and private accommodation pick-ups.
Booking Confirmation
Once your booking has been made and confirmed, your transfer is 100% confirmed. Our team will contact you before the journey to reconfirm the arrangements and ensure that all the necessary details are correct.
Please ensure that you provide the full pick-up and drop-off addresses, including postcodes, when making your booking.

Flexible Booking
We can accept bookings in London with as little as 30 minutes' notice, subject to availability. For journeys outside London, we recommend providing at least 4 hours' advance notice.
Airport Transfers – Additional Charges
For airport pick-up or drop-off services, an additional £40 cash payment may apply to cover airport parking, airport access/drop-off charges and additional mileage, where applicable.

Confirmed Booking
Once your booking has been successfully made and confirmed, your transfer is fully confirmed. Your operations team will reconfirm the journey details before the scheduled pick-up to help ensure a smooth and reliable transfer experience.
