Travel from Marrakech to the Atlas Mountains for a private zipline adventure with air-conditioned transport and clear on-site arrangements. At the park, the local team provides the safety briefing, equipment and supervision. The zipline ticket is paid separately on site at USD 30 per person; breakfast and lunch are not included.
Choose the departure time shown in your booking—pickup is not always 9:00 AM. Children must be over 12; check the park’s age, height, weight and health requirements before booking. Wear closed shoes. Activity operation depends on weather and safety conditions. Your booking-party size refers to the private transport reservation, not an exclusive group at the park.

Meeting and pickup
Use the departure time selected in your booking; options may offer 8:00, 9:00 or 10:00 AM. This is not a fixed 9:00 AM pickup for every booking. We will confirm your assigned pickup time and vehicle-accessible meeting point before departure. Provide your accommodation details as soon as possible after booking. The zipline activity ticket and optional meals are paid separately as stated in the exclusions.
For Medina riads, vehicles cannot enter narrow pedestrian streets. Pickup and return are at the assigned accessible meeting point, not the riad door. We will send the assigned time, meeting-point name and Google Maps link through Viator Messages or WhatsApp before departure. Follow the final confirmation, allow enough walking time, arrive 10 minutes early and remain reachable for updates. If confirmation is missing, contact us through Viator Messages.
Medina riad guests: vehicles cannot enter narrow streets. We will confirm the nearest accessible meeting point for each booking via WhatsApp or Viator Messages (for example, Hotel Tazi, Bab Agnaou, College Mohammed V, Hotel Islane, Bab Yacout, Bab Aylan or Lycée Mohammed V). Arrive 10 minutes early.
