Flights are tracked from take off to landing.
Pick-up times are coordinated based on flight arrival times at the airport.
Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall of the airport with a sign with the lead traveller's name.
You're escorted to the designated loading area then the driver retrieves the vehicle and transfers you to your destination.
