Meet at My Tho Marina and board the boat for your Mekong journey. Cruise on the Tien River and admire the scenery of its famous Four Islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix. Arrive at Thoi Son 3 Area – a peaceful, less-touristic part of the island filled with fruit gardens and enjoy traditional Đờn Ca Tài Tử folk music Visit an orchid garden where you’ll be welcomed with honey kumquat tea. Continue the river journey (20 minutes)boat ride to Xep Canal, Ben Tre. Switch to a traditional rowing sampan and glide through one of the most beautiful, quiet coconut canals lined with lush nipa palms. Village Walk or Saltwater Gate Hop on a traditional “xe lam” (local tuk-tuk) for a scenic 20-minute ride through coconut villages Visit the famous Dat Dua Coconut Candy Workshop to see how locals craft Ben Tre’s iconic coconut candy.
