What to expect
Before or after the experience, depending on the time selected, we have Portuguese tapas (a board with a selection of traditional Portuguese cheeses and a board of acorn-fed black pork sausages, including pata negra ham), bread, corn bread, Alentejo bread toasts, olives, lupini beans, regional sweets and cakes. To accompany, we have white or red wine, beer, water, various juices.
