Using a traditional Japanese “kanna” hand plane, you’ll shape your chopsticks from scratch, smooth the surface by hand, and finish them with natural oil under the guidance of the instructor.
For an even more personal touch, you can optionally engrave your name or a special message on the ends of your chopsticks, creating a one-of-a-kind souvenir from your time in Japan.
