We will always be in touch with you during your transfer process. Pick-up times can be flexible +/-15 minutes due to bad weather and heavy traffic conditions. Guests will be accepted to the transfer vehicle after identification process done. Drivers will meet with you at the general lobby of the hotel with name signboard and check.
