Your experience begins before takeoff. At Von Navi, we welcome you with light snacks, hot beverages, and a friendly team ready to assist you in English and Spanish, answer your questions, and help you prepare for your flight.
Watch the balloons take shape as they inflate, then experience the thrill of rising above the Teotihuacán Valley. Enjoy the scenery from the air, with possible views of the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, depending on the flight path and weather conditions.
Back at our reception area, celebrate your adventure with a wine or juice toast and receive your flight certificate. From your welcome to this final celebration, our team is here to help you feel at ease and enjoy a warm, personal experience.

Meeting and pickup
The meeting point is right off the main road. Look for the Von Navi reception building, identified by a large exterior logo and a burgundy rolling door with a hot air balloon design. Please enter reception to check in before your flight.

Upon arrival, you’ll check in and enjoy light snacks and hot beverages. Restrooms and lockers will be available for your convenience. You’ll also receive a safety briefing covering the instructions to follow before, during, and after your flight.

We’ll head to the balloon launch site, where you can watch the hot air balloons being prepared and inflated before your flight.

3Teotihuacan Pyramids
Panoramic Views from a Hot Air Balloon During the flight, travelers can enjoy panoramic views of the Teotihuacán Valley. Views of the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon will depend on the flight path and weather conditions.

4Von Navi vuelos en globo
Return to Von Navi — Celebratory Toast and Flight Certificates After your flight, we’ll return to the Von Navi reception area, where you’ll receive your flight certificate and celebrate with a toast. Wine will be served, with juice available for children and anyone who prefers a non-alcoholic option. We’ll also share a brief presentation about experiences in Mexico. You’ll have time to collect any belongings left in the lockers, use the restrooms, and browse our souvenir area, offering keepsakes ranging from pins to clothing. When photography services are available, you can view the photos taken of you before takeoff and purchase a package if you wish. Souvenirs and photo packages are optional purchases at an additional cost.
