If you arrive at Baltra airport: a guide from your team will be waiting for you at the airport exit with a sign with your name or your group's name. Approach the guide to start their services.

If you are already in Santa Cruz: we can pick you up at the Puerto Ayora pier, or at another agreed point within Puerto Ayora.
