Start, The "D. Nomikos" Industrial Tomato Museum is located on the beautiful beach of Vlychada in Santorini and is housed in an impressive, restored former tomato cannery. It is a unique venue that connects the island's agricultural tradition, industrial heritage, and contemporary culture. The museum is dedicated to the famous dry-farmed Santorini cherry tomato, a product with Protected Designation of Origin status.
Continue to the Venetsanos Winery. It is the first industrial winery on the island (built in 1947) with a unique architecture carved into the rock, operating under gravity. You will take a tour of the cave facilities and enjoy a wine tasting on its famous terrace, which offers one of the most stunning and unobstructed views of the Caldera and the rocks.
We present to you the tasting of Santo Roots Extra Virgin Olive Oils, the unique Olive Oils of Santorini produced entirely on the island, at our new and modern olive mill.
