Your first stop takes you north of Vienna to the fairy-tale Castle Kreuzenstein. The castle on the hill, which looks like a film set, looms high above the Danube. Use the time on site to admire the imposing exterior, enjoy the spectacular view, or take part in one of the hourly castle tours. (only during opening hours). There is also the possibility of stopping at the castle tavern. Note: From November 1st to March 31st, only viewable from the outside)

Then it goes south to the sea cave Hinterbrühl. In this former gypsum mine awaits you Europe's largest underground lake. Explore the fascinating cave system on a guided tour and experience a romantic boat ride on the illuminated tunnel water.

3Schlosspark Laxenburg
To finish, visit the Laxenburg Castle Park, the former summer residence of the Habsburgs. Stroll through the expansive English landscape gardens, take the small ferry to the romantic Franzensburg, or enjoy a coffee right by the castle pond.
