Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, STAFF will be waiting at the exit of the arrivals terminal with a sign with the passenger’s name. It is important to provide the flight number to be able to follow up in case of delays or schedule changes. The maximum waiting time is 60 minutes after the passenger's departure. In case of failure to locate the passenger, staff should be contacted immediately for assistance.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

The customer makes the reservation and receives confirmation with the details of the service. We monitor the flight in real time. Upon arrival, the representative meets the passenger with a sign in the arrivals terminal and guides them to the private unit. The driver attends with luggage and transfer is direct to the hotel or final destination, without intermediate stops.
