This is Agüita's gold standard: premium wine flight, hosted privately for you and your group only — from 2 to 12 guests.
Joan, Agüita's founder and a certified sommelier, selects 4 top-tier Spanish wines — bottles chosen for a singular concept, a strong sense of place and the philosophy of the small producers behind them — and pours them side by side after a welcome glass of cava, so you can compare structure, aging and terroir glass against glass.
The evening includes a cheese board, bread with olive oil, and a surprise final pour. Vegan bites, gluten-free bread and a choice of 3 non-alcoholic wines for non-drinking guests — just tell us when you book.
Because it's private, the tasting adapts to you: dig deep into Priorat and aged Garnacha, or keep it light and fun for a celebration. Ideal for couples, anniversaries, small groups of friends or a company treat.

What to expect
2. **The flight, wines 1–2 (35 min)** — First pair of Spanish wines, tasted side by side. Look, smell, sip, compare. Cheese board and bread with olive oil served.
3. **The flight, wines 3-4 (35 min)** — Deeper into Spain's regions and native grapes. Guess-the-difference games, producer stories, honest answers to any wine question.
4. **Surprise finale (15 min)** — One last pour to close the journey, plus Joan's map of wine bars and bottle shops for the rest of your stay.
