Ship Gallery | Ship‑Model Exhibition Space Two large‑scale ship models over 2 metres are displayed: Core Area | Ode to the Maritime Silk Road Dinner‑Show Theatre The show seamlessly blends fine dining with live performance. The 90‑minute performance consists of three acts: Banquet of Millennia Dawn, Harmony of All Nations and Guangzhou Welcomes the World. Each act features exclusive dishes and thematic song‑and‑dance routines. Nine‑Flavour Maritime Silk Road Set Menu A fixed set menu is served. Dishes are synchronised with the show’s plot, creating a unified experience of food and theatre. Every dish tells its own story rooted in maritime‑trade history. Please inform front‑desk staff or on‑site servers of any food allergies or spice‑level requirements. ⚠ Note: Menu items are subject to seasonal change. Actual dishes served on‑site shall prevail.
