The show opens with the Han Dynasty, featuring the romantic legend of “Phoenix Seeking a Mate,” moves through the Tang Dynasty where Silk Road-inspired dancers evoke the cosmopolitan flair of Chang‘an, and culminates in the Song Dynasty’s elegant “Imperial Banquet Hairpin” dance. The entire hall is equipped with 3D holographic projection technology, with movable LED screens and a hydraulic lifting stage that transforms the space from a Han palace to a Tang garden in seconds.

The menu reads like a history book: “Jianjian Tieluo” (Crispy Lamb Chops) honors the loyalty of General Ba Manzi; “Guifei Black Tiger Shrimp” recalls the legendary lychee delivery route; and the signature Hua Li Yan Ji Dou Hua — a silky chicken-based soup — has earned a spot on the “Yu Wei 360 Bowls” culinary list.
