What to expect
Pre-arrival message. Before you land, we send you the driver's name and a WhatsApp contact, so you know exactly who is meeting you.
Meet your driver. After passport control and baggage claim, head into the Terminal 3 arrivals hall. Your English-speaking driver will be waiting next to the Vodafone Egypt store, holding a sign with your name. If you arrive at a different terminal, message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you to the right spot.
Luggage assistance. Your driver helps carry your bags to the vehicle, which is parked nearby.
Private, direct transfer. Travel in a modern, air-conditioned private vehicle (sedan, SUV or van, depending on your group size) with no shared rides and no extra stops. A bottle of cold water is waiting for you. The route goes directly to your accommodation, and the drive usually takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and your hotel's location.
Door-to-door drop-off. Your driver takes you to the entrance of your hotel, Airbnb or private address and helps with your luggage. All taxes, parking fees and fuel surcharges are already included, so there is nothing to pay on the day apart from an optional tip.
Optional upgrade. If you'd like to start sightseeing on arrival, ask us about adding a day tour to your transfer.
