Peljesac&Ston Small-Group Food & Wine Experience from Dubrovnik

Our food and wine adventure will bring you to the heart of wine kingdom of Croatia – Peljesac peninsula – the cradle of the famous authentic red wine – Plavac Mali.
First stop are the oyster farms where you'll enjoy eating fresh oysters on the boat of the local oyster and mussel farmer directly from the sea paired with their family wine. Get a insider closer view to the oyster growth from the past times to the modern days directly shared by the oyster farmer which family is in this business for the five generation.
Second stop is town of Ston and ancient saltworks of Ston where you will join the presentation of the sea salt production through the centuries. It is possible to buy some fresh sea salt.
Tour continues to the two different wineries that both share the passion of the organic biodynamic wine making process. You'll try their quality rewarded wines ( 6 + different wine tastings) together with the virgin olive oils.
In the second winery you'll enjoy homemade three to four courses prepared lunch in the family rustic winecellar called „konoba“. Dishes are made with organically grown veggies from their own garden or bought by the local farmers and fishermen.
