Zakopane is the capital of Polish Tatra Mountains. There is a superb scenery, perfect for winter sports lovers and fans of summer trekking trails. This area also has a characteristic dialect and splendid food. We wil show you a unique wooden architecture and sculptor's house in Chocholow village. Then we will take you to Witow village for local cheese (Oscypek) and spirits tasting. Next we will take you to Zakopane traditional marketplace to buy handmade equipment for your house, or traditional local food. Then we will take you for Gubalowka Hill Cable Car for iconic views of Tatra Mountains. Then you will enjoy some free time at Krupowki main street of Zakopane.

1Krakow
The tour begins with a transfer from Krakow to Zakopane. You will be picked up by car or minivan from a central meeting point at Wielopole 2 street Kiss&Ride tourist bus stop. The ride will take around 2 hours.

2Chocholow
Step back in time as you stroll through Chochołów, one of the best-preserved Highlander villages in southern Poland. Admire its distinctive wooden architecture, beautifully preserved traditional homes and discover the unique heritage of the Podhale region.

3Witow
Near Chochołów, in the picturesque mountain meadows, locals produce the traditional Polish smoked sheep’s cheese known as “Oscypek.” During the tour, you will visit a traditional Highlander shepherd’s hut, where you’ll learn about the cheese-making process and have the opportunity to try both authentic Oscypek cheese and traditional local fruit liqueurs — all included in the price of the tour.

4Zakopane
Discover Zakopane at your own pace. Begin with a ride on the Gubałówka Cable Car for breathtaking panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains, then enjoy free time at the summit before descending to browse the traditional Highlander market at the foot of the hill. Continue with free time along the lively Krupówki Street, where you can admire the town's distinctive wooden architecture, sample regional cuisine or simply soak up the unique atmosphere of Poland's mountain capital.
