We will pick you up in the arrivals hall at the airport. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying the lead traveler's name.

    Day 1

    Day 1 – Iquitos – Irapay Amazon Lodge

    Iquitos

    Meet us at Iquitos Airport and transfer to the port to board the boat to Irapay Amazon Lodge. After approximately 30 minutes, arrive at the lodge and enjoy an Amazonian meal at Maloca Restaurant. Visit Pilpintuwasi Butterfly Farm to learn about the butterfly metamorphosis process. The site also operates as an animal rescue center. Return to the lodge, enjoy your first Amazonian sunset and have dinner at the restaurant.

    Day 2 – Jungle Experience

    After breakfast, enjoy a jungle walk where you will explore medicinal plants, giant trees and the Irapay palm. You will also have the opportunity to experience the jungle vines. Enjoy lunch at the lodge, followed by free time to relax and enjoy the Amazonian sunset. Dinner at the restaurant.

    Day 3 – Native Community

    Day 4 – Amazon River Excursion – Iquitos

    After breakfast, enjoy a boat excursion along the Amazon River and admire the meeting point of the Amazon and Nanay Rivers. Make a brief stop to look for pink river dolphins. After the excursion, transfer back to Iquitos and continue to the airport.
