    The Marble Mountains

    After hotel pickup, we will drive short distance to discover the fascinating Marble Mountains, a cluster of five limestone and marble hills just outside Da Nang, each named after one of the five elements. Explore Thuy Son, the largest marble hill, where ancient Buddhist pagodas, shrines, and atmospheric caves are hidden among the rocks. Walk through impressive natural caves, where sunlight filters through openings in the ceiling to illuminate centuries-old Buddhist and Hindu sanctuaries. Visit Tam Thai Pagoda and enjoy beautiful views over the coastline and surrounding countryside. Your local guide will share the stories, legends, and spiritual traditions connected to the mountains, as well as the history of the area. Before leaving, discover the nearby Non Nuoc Stone-Carving Village, where local artisans have practiced their craft for generations.

    After Marble Mountain and the carving village, we will have a short drive to Hoi An.
