    Day 2 : LIMA: CITY TOUR -y Museo Larco

    Breakfast at the hotel. At approximately 9 am, your local guide will be waiting in the lobby of the hotel to pick you up to explore Lima’s old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, packed with fascinating historic buildings. The route begins at the traditional Pueblo Libre district, where you visit the Larco Museum, located in a beautifully restored viceregal mansion built on a pre-Columbian pyramid from the seventh century. The museum boasts a complete pre-Hispanic collection of gold and silver objects, as well as pieces of erotic art. Then visit Casa Aliaga, a colonial mansion granted by chief conquistador Francisco Pizarro to one of his captains, Jeronimo de Aliaga. This is the only house from that time, still belonging to the same family. Continue with a scenic tour through the colonial downtown. See the Main Square, where you can appreciate the grandiose architecture of the Spanish Empire. Admire Lima’s Cathedral, built during the 16th century. At around 1 pm finish the trip returning to your hotel. Rest of day at leisure. You can enjoy an optional 3-hour tour on shared basis: Magic Circuit & Dinner Show. A modern system of fountains certified as the largest in the world by the Guinness World Records. Built in Exhibition Park, the Magical Water Circuit attracts crowds during summer and winter, being one of the new favourite attractions of Lima.     Day 3 : LIMA – CUSCO: CITY TOUR & ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES

    Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport to take your flight to Cusco ( Lima – Cusco flight is not included). Domestic flight from Lima to Cusco must arrive not later than 10:30 am. Noon arrivals are too late. One of our representatives will receive and welcome you and then you will be transferred to the selected hotel. After a short break at the hotel, you will be picked up by your local guide to start the tour at 1 pm. Enjoy a guided 4-hour tour of this charming city, which was the capital of the Inca Empire. The tour starts with a visit to Santo Domingo Convent, a large Renaissance-baroque complex, which was built over the Inca Coricancha temple. It was one of the most important temples dedicated to worshipping of the sun, and its foundations are still prominent at the base of the convent. Ancient chronicles say the temple was covered in gold leaf and filled with golden representations of nature. Then, visit the Cathedral, the most imposing monument of the Main Square. Head to the hills above Cusco to visit the remains of the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, whose imposing ramparts offer a stunning panoramic view of Cusco, and the ruins of the temple and amphitheatre of Qenqo, where it is believed the Incas practised agricultural rituals. Admire Qenqo and then finally visit Puca Pucara (‘Red fortress’ in Quechua) an Inca military complex located on a prominent hill. Its dwellings squares, bathrooms, aqueducts, walls, and towers can still be appreciated. Afterwards, at approximately 5.30 pm, return to your hotel. Overnight in Cusco

    Day 4 : CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO

    Breakfast at the hotel. A shared transfer will pick you up from your selected hotel in Cusco and take you to Ollantaytambo Train Station. Board the train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo), enjoying spectacular views of the Andean landscape along the way. Upon arrival, receive assistance and continue by shuttle bus to Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During a guided tour, discover the history and significance of this extraordinary Inca citadel while exploring its most important sectors and learning about its remarkable architecture and cultural legacy. After the visit, return by bus to Aguas Calientes and enjoy lunch at Café Inkaterra, a restaurant that combines Andean flavors with contemporary cuisine in a unique setting overlooking the Vilcanota River.     Day 6 : CUSCO – VINICUNCA – CUSCO

    Early in the morning, at approximately 4:00 a.m., you will be picked up from your selected hotel in Cusco and transferred to Cusipata, where breakfast will be served. Continue to the starting point of the hike to Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), one of Peru’s most spectacular natural attractions, located at over 5,200 meters above sea level. During the trek, enjoy breathtaking Andean landscapes and views of the majestic Ausangate Mountain, one of the most important and sacred peaks in the Cusco region. Upon reaching the Rainbow Mountain viewpoint, take time to admire the colorful scenery, rest, and capture memorable photographs. After the visit, begin the descent back to the parking area and return by vehicle to Cusipata, where lunch will be served. Finally, transfer back to your selected hotel in Cusco, arriving at approximately 4:00 p.m. Overnight in Cusco at the selected hotel.
