Guests should wait in the Main Gate or Lobby hotel or designated pick-up area at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. For Veron and AIRBNB will provide the nearest accessible roadside pick-up point. Drivers may arrive in vans, minibuses or buses. At some large resorts, pick-up may take place at the main gate or security entrance instead of the lobby. Exact pick-up details will be confirmed a day before the activity via WhatsApp or the platform.
