Upon arrival, a DEMA tourist information officer will listen to your interests and consider how much time you have available, recommending what to see and how to organize your day in the best possible way.
You will receive a free map of Genoa featuring monuments, panoramic viewpoints, museums, attractions, and a selection of local activities and experiences.
You will also receive access to an audio guide available in five languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish, and German.
You can follow the suggested itinerary on your smartphone, stopping wherever you wish and exploring the city at your own pace.

The meeting point is at **Piazza San Matteo 16B**, inside **Palazzo Domenicaccio Doria**, in the heart of Genoa's historic center. The tourist office is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from **Piazza De Ferrari** and **Via Garibaldi**.
