What to expect

Unwind with a unique beer yoga session at Tipsy Tribe Brewery & Distillery. Join an experienced instructor for a full hour of yoga, tailored to all levels, in a relaxed brewery & distillery setting.

Choose among a selection of craft beers to enjoy during the session, both as a prop and for drinking, enhancing the sensory experience of yoga with taste, smell, and touch.

After the session, stay in the taproom to enjoy a selection of drinks and food. Namaste and cheers!
