Combine the Golden Circle with a relaxing soak on a private day from Reykjavik. Walk between two tectonic plates at Thingvellir National Park, watch Strokkur erupt at the Geysir geothermal area and feel the spray at Gullfoss waterfall. Along the way you also see the quieter Faxi waterfall and the colourful Kerid crater, then end the day with 2 hours at Hvammsvik Hot Springs, natural pools on the shore of Hvalfjordur fjord.
The day runs at your pace. Choose a sedan for 1-3 travellers or a van for up to 8.
Your guide collects you from your Reykjavik accommodation with a VAREN name tablet, helps with your luggage and has water on request.
Hvammsvik entry tickets are not included. Book your entry directly with Hvammsvik Hot Springs, or contact us after booking and we will reserve your tickets for you (ticket prices are listed under what is excluded).

Meeting and pickup
Enter your Reykjavik accommodation address at checkout. Your guide meets you there with a VAREN name tablet a few minutes before the start time and has your phone number, so there is no need to call ahead.
After Hvammsvik you are driven back to your accommodation. The order of stops may change on the day because of weather or road conditions.

3Gullfoss
Continue to Gullfoss, one of Iceland’s most iconic waterfalls. Feel the power of glacial water as it plunges in two dramatic stages into a deep canyon, and explore multiple viewpoints to capture breathtaking photos of this natural wonder.

4Geysir
Next, experience the geothermal energy of the Geysir area, home to bubbling hot springs and steaming vents. Watch the famous Strokkur geyser erupt every few minutes, sending a spectacular burst of hot water high into the air, and explore the colorful mineral-rich pools nearby.

5Pingvellir National Park
