CONFIRMATION: We will send you an email confirming your pick-up time and location the day before your tour. If you receive a message from Viator showing a different pick-up address from what you entered, please disregard it.

MEETING POINT: Meet at Hilo Bayfront Beach Park. There are several parking areas — please meet us in the parking lot directly next to the main road, Kamehameha Avenue.

AIRPORT PICKUP: For guests arriving at Hilo International Airport, we will meet you in the parking lot near baggage claim C and D. Look for a white, 15-passenger van with our company name decal on the side door.

CRUISE SHIP VISITORS: Upon your arrival at the Port of Hilo, our tour guide will greet you inside of the cruise ship terminal in a white, 15-passenger van with our company badge on the door.

OTHER PICK-UP LOCATIONS: We will arrive at your specified location in a white, 15-passenger Ford Transit van with our company name decal on the side door.
