Guests will be picked up at the main lobby or main entrance of their hotel. Our driver or guide will be waiting for them at the agreed pick-up time with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name and or Occidental Travel.

For hotels where external vehicles are not allowed to enter the lobby area, guests will be informed in advance of the closest authorized meeting point, such as the main security gate or the designated tour operator pick-up area.

For Airbnb, villas, apartments, or private residences, we will coordinate the nearest accessible pick-up point with the guest before the tour date.
