    Farellones

Our first mountain destination is Farellones, a charming Andean village surrounded by spectacular peaks and one of the most popular places near Santiago to experience the mountain atmosphere. We will explore the village, enjoy panoramic viewpoints, take photographs, and experience the impressive scenery of the Chilean Andes. During winter, Farellones transforms into a lively snow destination, making it a perfect place to enjoy and play in the snow. Farellones is also home to Parque Farellones, a family-friendly mountain park offering activities such as tubing, skiing, ski lessons, and other snow experiences. Our tour is designed as a panoramic journey through the different ski resorts, but if you prefer, the itinerary can be adapted so you can spend several hours enjoying the park instead. After exploring Farellones, we will continue higher into the Andes toward the next mountain resorts.

From Farellones, continue deeper into the Andes toward Valle Nevado, one of Chile’s most famous ski resorts and one of the highlights of our panoramic mountain journey. Enjoy the spectacular drive as we climb higher into the mountains, surrounded by dramatic Andean peaks and expansive landscapes. Once at Valle Nevado, we will explore the resort area, enjoy panoramic viewpoints, take photographs, and experience the unique atmosphere of the high Andes. During the winter season, watch skiers and snowboarders enjoying the slopes while taking in the snow-covered mountain scenery. Outside the ski season, Valle Nevado offers a different but equally impressive perspective of the Andes and its vast landscapes. After our visit, we will make our way back toward Farellones for a well-deserved lunch surrounded by the mountains.
