Pickup is available from the airport, bus terminal, or hotels located in Puerto Maldonado city center before the tour departure.

Please send your arrival details (flight number, bus company, hotel name, and arrival time) at least 24 hours before the tour starts to coordinate your transfer properly.

Our staff will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. We recommend arriving in Puerto Maldonado before 09:00 AM on the first day to join all scheduled activities.

If you arrive on an earlier flight or bus, you may wait at our office before departure to the lodge.

Boat transportation to the ecolodge is included and operated according to weather and river conditions for safety reasons.

    Puerto Maldonado – Paradise Amazon Lodge | Tambopata Adventure

    Your Amazon experience begins at 09:00 AM with a transfer from Puerto Maldonado to the Puerto Acosta pier. From there, you will travel by motorized boat along the Madre de Dios River, enjoying scenic rainforest landscapes on the way to Paradise Amazon Ecolodge. Upon arrival, our staff will assist you with check-in before starting the first activities inside the Tambopata rainforest. Canopy Walk Experience Begin the adventure with a short walk to the Canopy Tower, located beside an impressive Lupuna tree, one of the symbolic giants of the Amazon rainforest. From the elevated platform, enjoy panoramic jungle views and opportunities to observe colorful bird species and native wildlife while learning about the local ecosystem from your guide.
