You can provide us with your hotel details after completing your booking. Once you arrive in Cusco, we will arrange a short briefing to give you some useful recommendations and answer any questions you may have.

On the day of the tour, pick-up will be directly from your hotel. Please be ready and wait in the lobby between 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.

If your hotel is located outside the city center (more than 1 km from the Main Square), we can alternatively pick you up at the water fountain in Cusco's Main Square.

Please let us know your accommodation details as soon as they are confirmed.
