Start your adventure with an early hotel pickup and airport transfer (if selected). At 7:30 AM, fly from Zanzibar to Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere National Park), arriving at Mtemere Airstrip around 8:20 AM.
Meet your guide and enjoy a full-day safari in a custom 4x4 vehicle with panoramic views. Explore savannahs, woodlands, and river areas while spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffalos, and possibly African wild dogs. Around 12:30–2:00 PM, enjoy a bush lunch before continuing your afternoon game drive. Arrive at your lodge around 5:00–6:00 PM for dinner and an overnight stay.
On Day 2, enjoy breakfast before a 2-hour boat safari on the Rufiji River, home to hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife. Return to Zanzibar on the 10:00 AM flight. If only the 4:00 PM flight is available, enjoy a complimentary walking safari or village tour with lunch included. Hotel transfers in Zanzibar are provided if selected.

In this option without hotel transfer, meet us at Zanzibar Airport around 7:00 AM in the parking area in front of the Domestic Flights Terminal. Our guide will be wearing an Ocean Blue T-shirt. From there, we’ll take the flight together to Selous (Nyerere National Park) for your safari adventure.

Fly from Zanzibar to one of Africa’s largest wildlife reserves and enjoy a full-day safari in a custom 4x4 vehicle. Search for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and buffalos while your guide shares insights about the park and its wildlife. Enjoy a bush lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon game drive and ending the day at your safari lodge surrounded by nature.

2Selous Game Reserve
Start your morning with breakfast at the lodge before heading out on a scenic boat safari along the Rufiji River. Cruise past hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife while experiencing Nyerere National Park from a completely different perspective. After the boat safari, transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar. If a later flight is scheduled, enjoy an additional activity such as a guided walking safari or village tour before departure.
