Fly from Zanzibar for a 1-day safari in Selous (Nyerere National Park), one of Africa’s largest and most diverse wildlife areas, perfect for a full safari in one day.
Your adventure begins with an early hotel pickup (if selected). At 6:00 AM, board a plane and enjoy scenic views over ocean and savannah.
Arrive at Mtemere Airstrip around 7:00 AM, meet your professional guide and join a small group of up to six guests. Head out in a custom 4x4 safari vehicle with open views for optimal wildlife spotting.
Enjoy two game drives across the park, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffalos, and possibly African wild dogs. Around 12:30–1:00 PM, take a break for a bush lunch in the wild.
After lunch, continue your second game drive before returning to the airstrip around 4:00 PM for your flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer back to your hotel (if selected), return around 6:00 PM.
All flights, park fees, guiding, lunch, drinks are included.

Meeting point for guests without hotel transfer: We’ll meet you in the parking area in front of Zanzibar Airport, at the entrance to the domestic flights terminal. Our guide will be wearing an Ocean Blue T-shirt for easy identification. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
