Our private transfer service covers pick-up and drop-off at Chubu Centrair International Airport(NGO, Terminal 1, 2) and hotels within downtown Nagoya. For locations outside these designated areas (NGO and hotels within downtown Nagoya), an additional fee will apply.

What to expect

1. Booking:
Select your transfer direction (from NGO to downtown Nagoya, or from downtown Nagoya to NGO) and vehicle type.

2. 24 Hours Before:
Your team will send you the driver's details and photos of your designated pickup point via message.

3. Pickup:
From NGO: Your driver will wait for you 30 minutes in advance at the designated meeting point/exit of the terminal.
From downtown Nagoya: Your driver will wait for you 15 minutes in advance at the designated meeting hotel lobby.

4. Journey:
Please sit back and relax.
Route: Direct via expressway (all tolls are included).
Duration: Approximately 50-70 minutes (depending on traffic conditions).

5. Arrival/Drop-off:
At downtown Nagoya: The driver will assist you with your luggage at the designated drop-off hotel.
At NGO: The driver will assist you with your luggage at the entrance of the terminal.
