This is more than a sightseeing drive. Your guides are a Utah locals and former African safari guides who bring a naturalist’s approach to exploring Antelope Island, connecting the wildlife, landscape, ecology, and history into a deeper understanding of the place.
With a maximum of six guests, the experience stays small, relaxed, and personal. We can spend more time watching wildlife, asking questions, photographing a scene, or exploring an interesting stop instead of following the pace of a large bus tour.
Want more flexibility or exclusivity? Our Private Antelope Island State Park Tour is designed for guests who want their group only and greater freedom to shape the pace around photography, birding, family needs, or a special occasion.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please be ready 10 minutes before the start time listed on your ticket. Our pick-up window is approximately 15 minutes for multiple hotels, so we may arrive between 10 minutes before and 5 minutes after the stated start time.
If visiting from outside the pickup radius of downtown Salt Lake, please let us know and we'll make arrangements for a meeting point/pickup.
Sunset Tour Times:
Pickup times will vary throughout the year to correspond with timing the sunset so please look for communication through Viator regarding tour start times if booking a sunset tour.
Vehicles:
Tours are mostly conducted in a 6 passenger Chrysler Pacifica minivan. Passengers must be able to step up and down approximately 18 inches into the vehicle and access rear seats.
To help reduce Salt Lake's ongoing air quality issues, we prioritize using electric or hybrid vehicles whenever possible. Smaller groups or solo travelers may ride in a more compact vehicle for a more efficient and eco-friendly experience.
There is adequate day parking between the Tracy Aviary and the public swimming pool at Liberty Park(589 E. 1150 S. Salt Lake City). Meet in the NW area near the glass recycling.
