Travelers will experience a unique experience connected to the sea and the history of Pico Island. The activity includes a traditional whaling boat tour, allowing you to get to know a historic boat and the strong connection of the island to the ocean. In addition to the tour, participants will visit the museums in the Lajes do Pico dedicated to whale culture and history, where they will discover objects, memories and traditions linked to the ancient whaleers and the maritime identity of the Pico.
