What to expect

1. Welcome & Ice-Breaker (15-20 minutes)
Share a small snack and settle into the experience. Brief introductions and a discussion about what each person is hoping to gain from the day.
2. Sensory Meditation & Present Self-Reflection through expresive art and journaling (30-40 minutes)
Guided Meditation: Activate the senses with meditation, incense, and calm music and writing to help connect with your inner self.
3. Reflective Walk (30 minutes - 45 minutes)
A nature walk to contemplate nature, yourself and your journey, with moments for reflection and silent contemplation.
4. Self-Reflection Via Journaling & Expressive Crafts (30-45 minutes)
Settle at a comfy spot for the second round of writing, focusing on manifesting your vision and transformation.
5. Egyptia. Breakfast Picnic & Bedouin Tea (1 hour)
A peaceful traditional Egyptian breakfast picnic with a variety of homemade dishes, bedouin sage tea and music to relax and discuss our reflections and stories.
