Meeting and pickup
Your private departure transfer is arranged around the pickup time you select.
One day before the service, you will receive a final confirmation with your booking details. For last-minute reservations, this information may be sent only a few hours before pickup.
Your driver will arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Once your selected pickup time begins, a courtesy waiting period will also be provided so you can meet the driver and board without rushing.
The driver will assist with your luggage before departure. Then, simply settle into a clean, air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy a direct private ride to Cancun Airport.
This service is available only for hotels and accommodations located within: Downtown Cancun, Cancun metropolitan area, Cancun Hotel Zone, Puerto Cancun, Puerto Juarez, Alfredo B. Bonfil
If your accommodation is outside these areas, please check our service catalog and select the transfer option that matches your location.
The destination will be the terminal corresponding to your flight at Cancun International Airport.
What to expect
A final confirmation with your reservation details will be sent one day before your transfer, or a few hours in advance for last-minute bookings.
Your driver will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time at the hotel or address provided in your reservation, whenever vehicle access is available. No separate meeting point is required. After your confirmed pickup time, a 15-minute courtesy waiting period is provided for boarding.
Using the flight number included in your booking, we will verify the correct departure terminal at Cancun Airport so your driver can take you directly to the appropriate entrance for a smoother check-in and departure.
