Hotel pickup is not available in Tulum.
Travelers staying in Tulum must meet the transportation at the single designated meeting area near the intersection of Boca Paila Avenue and the Cancun-Tulum Highway.

Because bus parking and stopping permissions may change, the exact meeting spot can vary slightly. The precise boarding location will therefore be confirmed one day before the tour.

Special pickup rules in Cancun

Certain parts of Cancun are served only through a downtown meeting point, even when an accommodation appears among the available hotel options.
This applies to properties located in the southwestern sector of the city around the area between Av. Cancun and Av. Kabah, as well as accommodations located in the northern sector beyond Av. Jose Lopez Portillo.
These restrictions are applied because of factors such as road conditions, difficult access, and safety considerations. When they apply, transportation will be arranged from an authorized meeting point in downtown Cancun rather than directly from the accommodation.

Special pickup rules in Playa del Carmen

Properties located outside the central Playa del Carmen pickup perimeter, particularly beyond the area between 30 Av. Sur and Av. Luis Donaldo Colosio, may be served only from a downtown meeting point because of access, security, or street-condition limitations.
This restriction does not apply in the same way to accommodations inside Playacar or to Riviera Maya resorts immediately north or south of Playa del Carmen.
For many properties located within Playa del Carmen’s coastal metropolitan area, including accommodations around Fifth Avenue, direct vehicle access is restricted by local traffic regulations. Shared transportation vehicles are generally not permitted to enter streets running parallel to the beach.
In these cases, travelers will be assigned the nearest authorized bus stop or meeting location, which is usually only a short walk from the accommodation.

Guests staying on islands

This experience does not provide pickup directly from hotels or accommodations located on islands.
Ferry tickets and other transportation required to cross between an island and the mainland are not included.
For example, travelers staying on Isla Mujeres or Cozumel must arrange and pay for their own ferry crossing. Once on the mainland, our transportation will meet them at the assigned bus stop nearest the corresponding ferry terminal in the Riviera Maya area.
At the end of the tour, travelers will be returned to the same mainland location where they originally boarded.

Hotel and road access restrictions

Direct pickup may not always be possible, even when the property is located within one of the listed transportation zones.
Access restrictions can occur because of:
• Security conditions
• Physical street closures
• Government or traffic restrictions
• Damaged roads
• Narrow streets or difficult access
• Unpaved roads that cannot safely be used by the assigned vehicle

If any of these conditions affect your reservation, the final confirmation sent one day before the tour will indicate the nearest accessible bus stop or meeting point.

Hotel and resort entry policies
Some medium-sized and large hotels, resorts, and hotel complexes establish their own rules regarding entry by outside transportation companies.
Most properties allow shared-tour transportation to enter, but others may restrict access for privacy or security reasons.
If the assigned vehicle is not permitted to enter your hotel, the final confirmation will instruct you to meet the transportation at the property entrance or at the nearest accessible location outside the resort.

Changes to your confirmed pickup location
If our final confirmation assigns a pickup location that is not the accommodation where you are actually staying, you must notify our team in writing as soon as possible after receiving the confirmation.

Whenever possible, please notify us within the first minutes or hours after receiving your final pickup information. This gives the operations team enough time to review the route and determine whether pickup can be reorganized at your actual accommodation or at another suitable meeting point.
Requests made only a few minutes before, during, or after the assigned pickup time are subject to operational availability and approval. We cannot guarantee that a last-minute modification will be possible.
Changes made without advance notice can disrupt the scheduled pickup times of other passengers and affect travelers who are already on board.
As part of our normal procedure, the team will first look for travelers at the originally confirmed hotel lobby, front desk, or boarding area. Only when a different meeting point has been approved in advance will the team proceed according to the updated instructions.

Estimated pickup schedules

Pickup times vary significantly depending on the traveler’s location.
Several vehicles operate simultaneously, and each transportation unit is assigned to a specific geographic zone. This means that a single vehicle does not collect guests from every pickup area.
Typical pickup windows are approximately:
- Cancun Downtown and Hotel Zone: 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM
- Playa Mujeres and Costa Mujeres: 5:50 AM – 6:50 AM
- Puerto Morelos: 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM
- Playa del Carmen and Playacar: 7:10 AM – 7:55 AM
- Riviera Maya: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
- Tulum: Approximately 9:30 AM
These times are estimates only.
By completing a reservation, travelers understand that the schedules above are not final and may change according to the exact hotel, meeting point, route, and operating conditions of the day.

How distance affects pickup time

The transportation operation for this experience originates in Cancun.
For that reason, your pickup schedule is influenced by how far your accommodation is from central Cancun. Depending on your location, pickup may occur earlier or later than the average time shown for the experience.
The time displayed on your ticket should therefore be understood as a general or average boarding reference used for many travelers, not as your confirmed individual pickup time.

Be ready before pickup
Travelers should arrive at the confirmed boarding location fully prepared at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
Waiting periods are extremely limited because the transportation route includes other travelers and multiple scheduled stops. Vehicles cannot remain at a pickup location indefinitely.
Please respect the confirmed time. Even a short delay can accumulate across the transportation route and affect guests who are already on board as well as travelers who are still waiting to be collected.

Final confirmation
One day before the scheduled tour, our team will send a final transportation confirmation containing:
• Your exact pickup time
• Your confirmed boarding location
This information may be sent through the reservation chat, email, and the telephone number provided during booking using WhatsApp and/or SMS, depending on which communication methods are available for that number.
For this reason, travelers are strongly encouraged to provide contact information that is accurate, current, active, and reachable.
The final confirmation should always be reviewed before the tour, as it contains the definitive transportation instructions for your reservation.
