Discover how traditional akazu red vinegar is used and learn how to prepare and shape sushi. With step-by-step guidance, make approximately 10 pieces of nigiri and one sushi roll while practicing traditional techniques.
The class also introduces the history of Edomae sushi and its role in Japanese food culture. No previous experience is required, and the small group allows you to ask questions and receive guidance throughout the session.
