What to expect

Step into the world of traditional Japanese bonsai and create your very own miniature masterpiece at BUB Activity Center Osaka. Begin by changing into a traditional bonsai master jacket before meeting a friendly local English-speaking guide, who will introduce you to the history, philosophy, and different styles of bonsai in a fun way.

Feel free to ask any questions throughout the experience — whether about bonsai, Japanese culture, or the creative process itself.

Next, choose your favorite bonsai style, pot, branches, leaves, and decorative materials such as stones, moss, or grass to match your personal aesthetic. Standard bonsai sizes are compact and travel-friendly, while some larger or more unique bonsai shapes may require an additional charge.

Once your design is ready, the creative process begins. Arrange and attach the branches freely, shape your tree as you like, and complete your bonsai with leaves and decorative finishing touches.

All materials used are real natural materials that have been carefully dried and preserved, allowing you to safely bring your bonsai home internationally without maintenance concerns. Packaging is provided.
