Meeting and pickup
Hotel Lobby Meeting Point: Please wait in the main hotel lobby or the villa driveway at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Driver Identification: Our driver will carry a sign displaying the group leader's name.
Direct Contact: Please ensure the contact number you provided (preferably one with an active WhatsApp account) is reachable. Our operations team or driver will contact you the evening before or on the morning of the tour to reconfirm the exact pickup time.
Villas/Airbnbs with Narrow Access: If your villa is located in a narrow alley inaccessible to cars, please coordinate with our team via WhatsApp beforehand to arrange a meeting point on the nearest main road.
Self-Driving Guests: If you have chosen the option without hotel transfer services, please arrive directly at the Alasan Adventure basecamp in Payangan, Ubud, at least 20 minutes before your scheduled activity time.
Location & Arrival: Please head directly to Alasan Adventures on Jl. Raya Taro, Gianyar. Kindly arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled tour. Check-In: Please proceed to the reception desk or main lobby. Present your voucher to our staff to confirm your booking.
What to expect
Safety Briefing & Test Run: Receive a comprehensive safety briefing on quad bike operation from your professional guide. Complete a short practice run in the training area to familiarize yourself with riding an automatic-transmission ATV.
Exploring Forest & Mud Trails: Embark on your adventure by riding deep into the Taro rainforest. Navigate winding dirt paths, steep inclines, bamboo groves, and exciting, challenging mud pits.
Caves, Tunnels & Water Action: Ride across shallow streams and through natural rock tunnels, while enjoying beautiful Balinese countryside scenery along the dedicated off-road trail.
Shower & Relax: Return to the basecamp to freshen up and change into clean clothes.
Lunch & Wrap-up: Conclude your experience by enjoying a freshly prepared Indonesian meal while relaxing and viewing photos or videos captured during the ride.
