Airport Pickups
Please provide your flight number and a valid contact phone number when making your reservation.
Your driver will monitor your flight status in real time and automatically adjust the pickup time in the event of delays or schedule changes.
Your driver will wait:
Up to 60 minutes after your flight lands at the airport.
Up to 20 minutes at your accommodation for scheduled pickups.
Departure Transfers
For transfers to the airport, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or at the designated pickup location. To ensure sufficient time for check-in and security procedures, we recommend scheduling your pickup to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departure.
Flight Delays or Cancellations
No need to worry if your flight is delayed or canceled. We continuously monitor flight schedules and adjust your pickup time accordingly, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Service Availability
Our private transfer service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, accommodating all flight arrival and departure times. You may book either a one-way transfer or a round-trip transfer for added convenience.
Child Seats
For the safety and comfort of young passengers, child seats are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if one is required.

Luggage Capacity

Important Booking Information
Please book each transfer segment separately. For example:
-Keflavík International Airport to Blue Lagoon
-Blue Lagoon to Reykjavík
The same booking policy applies to transfers involving Silica Hotel and The Retreat Hotel. If your itinerary includes multiple destinations, each leg of the journey should be reserved as an individual transfer to ensure accurate scheduling and the best possible service.
Blue Lagoon Admission Tickets
Please note that Blue Lagoon admission tickets are not included in the transfer price and must be purchased separately.
