TAINO BAY: Pass the duty-free shops and the taxi stand. Continue straight; you will see the exit on the left. Leave the port and look for the guide with the sign "Fabio".
AMBER COVE: Pass the duty-free shops and the taxi stand. Continue straight until you pass the solar panels and reach the exit. Once out of the port, turn right and look for the guide with the sign "Fabio".
HOTELS: Pick-up included at hotels from Montellano to Cofresí, in the Puerto Plata area. Wait for the guide in the lobby. We do not offer pickup in Sosúa or Cabarete.
HOURS: They are coordinated between 7:00 and 10:30, and between 12:00 and 2:00 PM. Confirm your exact time with AdrenTrip Transfers & Tours before the tour. Indicate your hotel or the name of your ship and port when booking. Round trip transportation is included, with return to the pick-up point.

5Dominican Amber Museum
Travelers will visit the famous Amber Museum, where they will discover unique pieces of Dominican amber, millennial fossils and carved works. The guide will explain how this precious resin is formed, why it is so valuable and how it became a symbol of Puerto Plata.

Travellers will be able to learn about the handmade process of manufacturing Dominican cigars. They will observe the master twisters working by hand and learn about leaves, fermentation, selection and quality. You will also have the opportunity to purchase local cigars directly from the workshop.
