You will put your hands in dough to prepare the real puff pastry with the method that my mother and grandmother taught me, totally by hand. And then we'll get the tagliolini to dress with the mussels that I've prepared for you. You will find that making Tiramisu is easier than you think. In all this you will be followed by me who will explain my secrets and at the end we will sit at the table with my family to enjoy everything we have prepared together and the other dishes that I have cooked for you, in a family environment with attention to detail.
In summer we can enjoy the private garden or if you prefer we can stay inside, away from heat and cold with the help of air conditioning.
