Explore the stunning Salar de Uyuni and its surroundings on a 3-day, 2-night tour. This tour includes visits to dazzling colored lagoons, volcanoes and geysers. It begins at the Train Cemetery, passing through the magical landscape of the salt flat and culminating in the Hot Springs. Meals are included, as well as accommodation in comfortable hostels. An experienced chauffeur-guide will accompany you, providing knowledge about each place visited. This tour is ideal for adventurers and nature lovers looking for a unique experience in Bolivia.

We started this experience at hrs. 10:30 visiting the Train Cemetery: A journey to Bolivia’s industrial past between abandoned 19th century locomotives
We head to Colchani, a local village where you will know the artisan process of salt and handicrafts.
We enter the Great Salt Flat of Uyuni where you can appreciate some attractions and perform some activities: Eyes of the Salt Flat and Dakar Monument: Key points within the white desert. Old Hotel of Sal Playa Blanca and Plaza de las Banderas. Lunch at the Salar : A unique dining experience in the middle of nowhere. Perspective photo shoot: Time spent on photographic creativity.
Then we head towards Isla Incahuasi, located in the center of the Salar where you can appreciate its famous Giant Cacti that can reach up to 20 meters. Optional there is the possibility to ascend through a fully signposted path to the top and enjoy a 360o panoramic view of the Salar. For this, an amount of 30 BOB is paid on site
To end the day, we return to the Salar to enjoy a beautiful sunset accompanied by a toast with wine and piqueos. Before dark we head to your accommodation where a delicious dinner and a restful rest awaits. Rustic salt hostel in basic room (double or double) with shared bathroom.
After breakfast, we start the 2nd day at hrs. 07 : 30 by visiting the Ollagüe Volcano viewpoint: Observation of this active colossus from a safe distance. Continuing with the tour we visit Lagunas Altiplánicas : Tour of the lagoons Cañapa, Hedionda (where you have lunch), Chiarcota and Honda, home to three species of flamingos.
Siloli Desert and Stone Tree : Geomorphological formations caused by wind erosion, including the famous Stone Tree
This day ends by visiting Eduardo Avaroa National Park, where we visit Laguna Colorada : The main nesting center for flamingos, famous for the reddish color of its waters. Then we go to your accommodation: Basic refuge in Huayllajara.
The 3rd day begins at hrs. 05:00 visiting the "Sun of Tomorrow" Geysers, fumaroles and boiling mud pools at the highest point of the tour (almost 5,000 m above sea level). Then Polques Hot Springs: Time to swim and relax in medicinal waters.
We visit Salvador Dali Desert: Landscapes that emulate the surrealist paintings of the artist.
We continue the tour visiting Laguna Verde and Volcano Licancabur : A spectacular view at the foot of the Chilean border. To finish the tour you have 2 options: Option 1 (Transfer to Chile): Shared bus connection to San Pedro de Atacama at 08:00 AM (Arrival approx. 1 :00 PM). Option 2 (Return to Uyuni): Return in 4x4 visiting Villamar, Laguna Catal, Caravan of Llamas, Valley of Rocks and San Cristobal. Arrival in Uyuni between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
